Utterly Sacred is all one can say regarding this album its in my opinion their greatest offering! I strongly recommend a serious listen drunk high whatever floats your boat but hear it hear it. Arguably this album is the definition of Acid Folk it swiftly screams between melodic beauty and shivering psychedelia! This is one of my 10, the ultimate desert island question this album has to be grabbed early. " Verily Verily!"

I didn't know it was based on a mixed media show until I read the Wikipedia just now. Man alive I bet that was over the top cosmic, neck a couple of sugar cubes and hit the theatre some point in 69 to catch the ISB U pantomime one can imagine that would somewhat strangle up the mind lol. Powerful!
I love this album its not quite as good as wee tam BH but there are some of their very best tunes on U, and it has a relatively high % of female vocal Liquorice may not have had what you would call technically the best folk vocal but it does not suffer as a result and has an ethereal beauty that is just lovely.
Enjoy!
